A Warm Welcome to You.
Firstly, let me Introduce Ourselves, we are a small group of Volunteers, who give up some of our spare time each month to organise an annual vintage show and fayre to raise money for charities worthy of the cause. This years Rally will be held at Buckfastleigh racecourse at Buckfastleigh, in Glorious Devon on 12th & 13th, May, 2012.It was decided between the Volunteers and the Land Owners that this year, the Rallies Profits would be Shared between two Charities, namely, Devon Air Ambulance and Force.
The Rally will incorporate many unusual and interesting exhibits of many natures, where the older generation can come and reminisce of their youth and recall their younger days and also the younger generation can come and see how thing were done and the machinery, etc that was available in years gone by. There is something for all the family.
We all know that at these hard times, funds are tight. But we shall be endeavouring to raise as much money as possible for these Charities, we never know when we will need them, today or tomorrow, hopefully never. But………….
It would be gratefully appreciated, if you could find the time , to see, if you have any items that could be donated to the cause as a raffle prize, or take out an advert in the programme, Take a Trade or Craft Stand or simply a donation. Otherwise, just simply bring the family along for a nostalgic day, or two days, out with us at the rally.
Please Remember, no matter how large or small, everything will be gratefully received.
